2023 Taxes, using portal, or...

Hi guys!

OK, a few clients are having a struggle using the Intuit "link" portal for transferring tax documents this year. Sorry if that's you!

It should be easy & intuitive...

If you didn't receive an email invite to use the Intuit Portal, please email me. I'll send it out again. If you are old-school & want to meet up, mail in, or drop off your taxes at my front desk - that will work too. It just takes somewhat longer (snailmail, etc.). No worries, as whatever works for you will work for me. Just trying to be as secure as possible with tax data.

Please see the letter & tax organizer emailed to you on 12-20-23, for detailed instructions. If you didn't receive that, I can provide those again, in the portal "shared documents" folder - just ask...

Once you have accepted the invitation, you sign in at PROLINK.INTUIT.COM 

intuit is a huge company with many applications, so if you just sign in on Intuit.com, you may get lost in the web. But prolink.intuit.com takes you right to the portal sign in.

You merely upload the completed tax organizer, documents, and answer questions. Let me know if you use the "shared folder" for all that, as the program doesn't alert me for sharing items. If I share a tax draft, 8879, or agreement, I will advise you of that by email.

We can still correspond by email, questions & such - but NO documents, even encrypted. Thanks!
